Before I announce the start of Season 3, I'd like to welcome a new match admin to our staff team, EPGL|LizarD. He will help out during this hectic phase of the season.

How qualifiers will be ran

Qualifiers will run for 4 weeks, starting today. The bracket will be a full, double-elimination bracket. We are taking 12 teams in addition to our 4 autoqualifiers, to total 16 teams (2 groups of 8 teams).

After 2 weeks we will be taking the 8 teams that win both of their matches and eliminating the teams that lose both of their matches. This will leave us with 16 teams for 4 slots.

These 16 teams will duke it out single-elimination style (as they have already lost 1 match, meaning it's single elimination anyway) and 2 weeks later the final 4 qualified teams will be determined.

Lower Bracket matchups will be determined by highest seed vs lowest seed. Upper Bracket will only last 2 weeks anyway, so I won't need to set out too elaborate a bracket.

I am aware that the seedings may have some inaccuracies, but in order to reduce these I have asked several knowledgable people and, combined with my personal knowledge, have made seedings based off peoples' average opinions on where the teams stand. If you have an issue with your teams' seeding and don't actually believe that I have gone through this process, I will personally send you the Microsoft Excel worksheet used...however I accidently forgot to include MsY into this equation. I apologise in advance, your seeding is 100% my estimation (and probably 100% wrong).

That being said, because PwRG failed to confirm I am left stuck with 31 teams. Whoever applies will be granted the #32 seed and a chance to qualify for EPGL Season 3. Otherwise, the #1 seed will have a bye for the first round.

Important!!! Teams will receive 1 joker and 1 sub for the first 2 weeks of qualifying. And roster additions made will now give rise to "barred player status". Barred players CAN NOT PLAY EVEN IF THE OTHER TEAM ALLOWS IT.

if u wana have a succesful season make the league 8 teams only 4 auto and 4 new that way the quality of teams is better and it will be much much easier to run the league,
